Tangerine essential oil with its refreshing, yet sweet scent has beneficial properties on excessive stress and anxiety.

Mandarin essential oil helps with: migraine, digestive problems, bloating, nausea, irritable bowel syndrome, sinusitis, muscle pain, menstrual cramps, muscle cramps, sciatica, sprains, rheumatism, neuralgia, fatigue and mental exhaustion.

Plant: Citrus nobilis

Volume: 10 ml

 APPLICATION

INHALATION - add 3-5 drops to the water of the aroma lamp.
EXTERNAL USE - 3% dilution for massages of adults, i.e., 5-8 drops per 10 ml of the basic vegetable oil (1.5% for Children from 6 - 12 years. And 1% for children under 6., I.e., half the dose for Children and one-third for the smallest children)
BATH - 2-4 drops diluted in one tablespoon of salt or hot milk / honey
COSMETICS - 1-3 drops
