The coating of TPE on the bottom of the Mat Towel gives it great traction. The top is of very absorbent microfiber and once it has absorbed some moisture it offers very good traction. This makes the Yoga Mat Towel an excellent product for Hot Yoga and intensive yoga practice. It also makes an excellent travel towel as it folds easily into a small convenient , travel size.
