Oval Yoga pad to ease stress on the joints. The oval yoga pad is used to ease the stress on the knees in your yoga practice. The cushion made of EVA foam reduces the pressure wherever the body (knees, elbows, forearms) is in a weight bearing position in various yoga postures. The low height of the pad means the stability of the yoga pose is not impaired. Lightweight and handy, the pad fits in almost any yoga bag.
The closed-cell structure of the pad is hygienic and easy to clean and remains and holds its shape even after frequent use.
