How to Shop at Flexity
Buying goods on flexitylife.com is very simple, intuitive and can be realized from all devices. If you are unsure, read the brief procedure:
1. Choose your goods from the website
Use the categories in the menu to choose what kind of product you are interested in, and filter in the left sidebar to set more precise the product you are looking for. You can also use the search engine at the top of the page to find available items.
2. Add goods to cart
If you chose your goods, put them in the BASKET by pressing the button in the BASKET to automatically create a new basket or add to your existing basket in the top right corner of the page. You will also see the resulting amount for the goods that you have added to your cart. Use the CONTINUE ORDER button to get to the next purchase step, where you can adjust the number of pieces of each product. Pressing the Continue Order button again will take you to your payment and shipping settings.
3. PAYMENT AND TRANSPORT
In this step, choose how you want us to deliver the goods and in what form you will pay. We will package and ship the goods when we receive payment to our account (except cash on delivery). Press continue to get to the penultimate step where you enter your delivery address. If you are a registered user, the page will remember your data.
4. Delivery information
All fields marked with an asterisk * must be filled in. In this step, you can still opt for free registration, which will give you several benefits. If you have already made purchases on yoga eshop flexitylife.com and you are a registered user, you will be able to log in and your data will be added. If you want to deliver the goods to a different address than the billing address, check the box "Deliver to another address" and fill in the address to which you want the goods to be sent. If you are shopping for a company, check the box "Ordering for a company" and fill in the company details. You can send the final order by pressing the SEND ORDER WITH PAYMENT button.
5. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER DELIVERY AND CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
As soon as we receive a message with your order in the system, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming that your order has been delivered to us. If you do not receive a confirmation by mistake, please write or call us and we will check it in person. Then you will receive another e-mail with the subject ORDER CONFIRMED, which means that the goods are in stock, everything is fine and we send the goods to you.
